Your display in Hartford

Example:

Let’s follow the trail of your King display in the Hartford area.

First the bus with your display will start off its morning around 5:45 AM on Jennings Road just north of down town, where it will be assigned a route for the day. It will travel into the center of Hartford usually by the Old State House and begin picking people up.

Your bus will then travel to any one of the twenty eight towns in and around Hartford, for this example today we are going to the town of Avon. Your bus will begin traveling to Avon through Hartford, West Hartford, and Bloomfield to finally reach Avon, making multiple stops in each town.

It will then travel through the same towns to come back to down town Hartford.

Your bus will run the same route for that day, running back and forth from Hartford to Avon between eight (8) and twenty-two (22) times that day, depending on the destination. It will return to the CTTransit offices to switch drivers and continue on the same route.

It will run through the morning commute and the evening commute. Busy time on the roads. It will run at luch time downtown when the buildings just pour out with people looking for a bite.

That night, the bus will come back to the garage on Jennings Road around 11:00 PM -1:00 AM and be inspected for any damages, washed and parked for the night.

The next day we start it all over again in down town, and have a new destination like Cromwell, or Vernon or Windsor Locks or Rocky Hill… you get the idea.

How many folks will see your display? Your display will generate about 5,000 exposures a day, or 30,000 a week, or 120,000 a month. That is per display, if you run 10 displays you can expect 1,200,000 exposures a month, yes it adds up quick.
